Previous online gaming/moderating experience- well ive been making 2D games now for about 5 years, and i been making customs no longer then 6-7 months now, ive playing gunz now for about 4 years

Graphical/Social Skills- im pretty good with adobe, ive been working with it for about 3-4 years now, and im a very friendly person

What you could do to improve our server- well ive been reading up on alpha channels and learning how to use them but im having a real hard time understand the hex decimal part of the custom, and i think if i learn that i could really make some cool looking cutsoms for a great community
